THE FOUNDATION
Safe was founded with the purpose of satisfying the requirements of acidulants and preservatives of the highest quality for the food and pharmaceutical industries in Mexico.
BEGINNING OF OPERATIONS
We began to operate in September 1980, as a distributor of Mexama, main producer of Citric Acid Anhydrous, Sodium Citrate and Potassium Citrate in Latin America, at that time.
GROWTH AND EXPANSION
By 1985 we had acquired a profound knowledge and reasonable market penetration, both of which allowed us to diversify our product line for the food industry, thus becoming integral strategic suppliers for many of our customers.

TODAY
Currently Safe Iberoamericana S.A. de C.V. has around 2,000 customers all over the country: mainly companies from the food & beverages, pharmaceutical, and nutritional supplement industries. Our portfolio of national and international suppliers continues growing as a result of excellence and quality work, which in turn is reflected in the loyalty of our customer´s portfolio.
